Refunds:
We provide an Arrive Alive Guarantee for Betta fish and Guppy fish orders only. If your Betta or Guppy fish arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must:

Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographs of the fish in the original, unopened shipping bag.
We do not offer refunds for orders that do not arrive due to customer-controlled factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept the delivery, failure to pick up the package in time, or no safe delivery location.
Important: While our Arrive Alive Guarantee applies to Betta and Guppy fish, Flowerhorn fish require special care due to their unique size and sensitivity. We take every precaution to ensure they arrive safely, and our team carefully packs each Flowerhorn with the utmost attention. However, we encourage customers to consider this before purchasing, as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for Flowerhorn fish upon arrival. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the healthiest and most vibrant fish possible!
Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

If your order is not received within 25 days from the order date, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.

If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of live fish sales.
