Our Commitment We are dedicated to providing high-quality Betta fish, Flowerhorn fish, and Guppy fish to our valued customers worldwide. We take great care in ensuring that our fish are healthy and well-packaged for safe transport. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Live fish Care During Shipment:
We take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our fish during transit. Our packaging process includes:

Heat packs when necessary to maintain stable temperatures.

Adequate water and oxygen for the duration of travel.

Additional care and feeding for fish arriving at our US inland facility before repackaging and final delivery.
Our goal is to ensure that your fish arrive healthy and in top condition.
Arrive Alive Guarantee (Betta and Guppy fish Only):
We provide an Arrive Alive Guarantee for Betta fish and Guppy fish orders. If your Betta or Guppy fish arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must:

Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographs of the fish in the original, unopened shipping bag.
Important: While our Arrive Alive Guarantee applies to Betta and Guppy fish, Flowerhorn fish require special care due to their unique size and sensitivity. We take every precaution to ensure they arrive safely, and our team carefully packs each Flowerhorn with the utmost attention. However, we encourage customers to consider this before purchasing, as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for Flowerhorn fish upon arrival. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the healthiest and most vibrant fish possible!

Each order is carefully processed and shipped internationally. Estimated shipping timelines:

Fish are shipped from Thailand using our trusted international shipping service.

Upon arrival in the USA, fish are repackaged and sent via USPS.

Expect an additional 5-7 business days for final delivery.
United Kingdom & EU Countries

Shipping Address & Availability:
We currently ship to the following countries: United States (USA), Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, China, European Union (EU), Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom (UK), and Vietnam.
We do not ship to: Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk Region, Luhansk Region, Japan, and Russia.
Tracking & Lost Shipments:

A tracking number will be provided when the final delivery process begins.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds.

If the error is on our part, we will cover the full cost of reshipment.
Cancellations & Refunds:

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

If your order is not received within 25 days from the order date, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.

If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of live fish sales.
