Arrive Alive Guarantee

We provide an Arrive Alive Guarantee for Betta fish and Guppy fish orders only. If your Betta, Guppy or Flowerhorn arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must:

  1. Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photographs of the fish in the original, unopened shipping bag.

Important: While our Arrive Alive Guarantee applies to Betta, Guppy or Flowerhorn, it only covers the price of the fish and does not include shipping costs or any other additional charges.
