Miso is such a beautiful betta. His colors are gorgeous in person and he has so much personality already. He settled into his tank really well and I’m really happy with him. The only downside was the lack of communication from the seller. Other than that, Miso is perfect and I’m so glad I got him.
Wish the customer service would be better at responding to emails when sent. Waited a whole month just to get the wrong fish which was really disappointing. CUSTOMER SERVICE needs to be better. First time purchasing from this shop. If I had received the right Fish yes this would’ve gotten a more positive review even tho it was a whole month wait.

I specifically asked that this Flowerhorn be held and shipped later because I had spent weeks preparing a new 70-gallon aquarium and wanted everything to be perfect before the fish arrived. Despite that request, the fish was shipped earlier than expected. The shipment was then delayed in transit by an additional day during extremely hot weather, which only added to my concern. When she finally arrived, she was in very rough condition—lying on the bottom of the bag, clearly stressed, and I honestly wasn’t sure she was going to survive. It has taken days of careful monitoring, minimal lighting, pristine water quality, and patience just to get her stabilized. To the seller’s credit, the fish does appear to be slowly recovering, and I’m hopeful she’ll continue to improve. However, the experience was far more stressful than it needed to be. Had my request to delay shipping been honored, this situation likely could have been avoided. I would encourage the seller to communicate more closely with customers regarding shipping timing, especially when customers have made specific requests about delivery dates and are preparing specialized aquariums for valuable fish.

Very good color, but came sick
Absolutely beautiful fish, I ordered it before July 4th but due to the holiday shipping it took a little bit of time to arrived. The colors are so vivid, my little dude arrived very active and healthy, no fin rot/ich or any other fish disease. He currently still in a small quarantine tank, but he has a healthy appetite and swims around and explores his environment often. Extremely pleased with my betta, the colors patterns, shipping, and just overall process was easy. Especially having them send my fish to their transhipper and allowing it to be inspected and than they redo the bag once the fish is okay and ship out to me. Would definitely buy again if I ever need another one of these gorgeous fish again!
What a beautiful fish! We named him Narai. Shipped great even in the summer which I was scared of.

Absolutely terrible, fish was in the mail for multiple days AND also left on my porch on a 90 degree day. Very neglectful I got a notification it was left as I was at work and had to rush home to find the box, ice pack and water scorching hot. To add to it when I opened it it’s not even close to the image AND is missing his whole rear fin. -20/10 all around and no update yet from company just an apology as is they didn’t know what they did. I even asked for confirmation on the fish I was getting and got no response so they had the chance to double check it before shipping

The male betta from the gold pair didn't arrive with the shipment. I have contacted in various ways to try and resolve, the closest I had was a reply on instagram 3 weeks later to tell me it would be sorted. Ive still no idea of its coming. The quality of betta I did receive though is excellent. No complaints on that front.
Communication was not the clearest advising of arrival. Had I not been in contact with the courier I wouldn't have known to be avaialable for the fish arriving. The quality of betta was really good.

My female showed up very stressed. Not sure if it was prior to shipment or not. She had one of her pectoral fins down to half the size of her other and her other fins were jagged and semi torn at the ends.

I love his orange and blue color, I love how active he is. He is a very curious fish and recognizes you alot. His color are very bright and exotic, fitting for a wild betta.
