Refunds
We offer an Arrive Alive Guarantee for all Betta fish orders, which means we guarantee that the fish will arrive healthy and alive. If the fish arrives dead, the customer must contact us within 12 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the fish in the original shipping bag without opening the bag. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We would like to emphasize that we do not have control over your aquariums or water parameters, and therefore cannot provide a guarantee or warranty on fish after they arrive in good health.
We do not offer refunds for orders that do not arrive due to customer-controlled factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept the delivery, failure to pick up the package in time, or no safe delivery location.
If the customer doesn't receive the order, they can submit a refund request within 5 days after the guaranteed delivery period, 15 days after shipped has expired.
Cancellations:As the purchase of a live animal involves a significant commitment, we have implemented a policy to prioritize customer satisfaction. Normally, cancellations are not allowed; nevertheless, an exception can be made if the order is not received within 25 days from the date of placement. In such instances, customers have the option to request a cancellation without incurring any fees. It is important to note that once an order has been shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe, it cannot be canceled or returned. Our utmost goal is to provide a dependable and trustworthy service to all our valued customers.
